Another Insight into the World of Research

In a recent scientific venture, DIALUNOX’s valued partner, Life Sciences Advanced Technologies Inc., conducted a comprehensive test using the DIALUNOX isothermal amplification reader, ESEQuant® TS2. The template, comprising quantified synthetic RNA from the ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase-oxygenase (RuBisCO) large-subunit gene (rbcL) of K. brevis, served as the basis for quantitative analysis. Utilizing the NASBA Lyophilized Kit (NLK)™ from Life Sciences Advanced Technologies, the 20µl reaction volume was precisely incubated at 41°C for 60 min and monitored through the fluorescein channel. See graph below for the results which reveal the molecular dynamics of Karenia brevis detection and quantification. This collaborative effort represents a step forward in molecular diagnostics, aligning with our commitment to advancing scientific understanding. Stay tuned for ongoing insights into the intricate world of research!
