The ESEQuant TS2 is an easy-to-use fluorescence measurement system for isothermal nucleic acid amplification and fluorescence analysis in other applications. The instrument is extremely sensitive, robust and ideal for small labs or even off-site testing. Utilizing a fluorescence detector based on modern microsystems technology and state-of-the-art light-emitting diode (LED) and filter technology, the sensitivity of the tube scanner is comparable to top-of-the range commercial spectrophotometers.

Solutions for molecular testing

Product description A handheld isothermal amplification device for one standard PCR tube equipped with a high sensitive fluoresence detector. The detector can detect 3 different wavelength combinations. Standard PCR tubes can be incubated between 30° and 70° ideal for all common isothermal reactions. The rechargeable battery allows operation without permanent power supply for hours.
Development stage / Modification options Design mockup based on pre-developed modules from DLX specifically the detection unit. Customer can choose several modifications like sample insert to be fitted for special disposables, touch display and other options

Product Description Small Footprint lab instrument for 6 samples per run. The rotor ensures homogenious temperature incubation of samples and spins down eluates to avoid bubbles and residuals. Measurement from below using DLX high sensitive fluorescence detectors. The multi functional touch display guides the user through ordering process and displays results and growth curves.
Development Stage / Modification Options Design mockup based on pre-developed modules from DLX specifically the detection and heating unit. Calibration and measurement principles from previous versions (TS1, TS2) will allow a straight forward low risk development. Customer requests like amount of samples, different tube types or other applications like NA quantification can be considered during development
